Juggling Cards

Juggleball is a social networking sport. It is common practice to exchange cards at events.

We ask that juggleball hosts bring business cards to all games and that venues make postcards with images relevant to the venue available during the game.

It is okay to charge for postcards and it is wise to have stamps on hand. So, a venue might have free business cards, with a selection of postcards or memorabilia for sale.

On completing a game, the game host will write on the back of the card details of the game. Details include the game number, date, player name and the names of the juggleballs exchanged.

Recordkeeping is part of social networking. So, we encourage players to collect cards at games and to develop their own recordkeeping processes.

Privacy is a big concern. While it is good practice for businesses to give out cards with full contact details, individuals should guard personal information carefully. As such, we encourage players to use cards with only their juggleball name, general location and web links.

You can print business cards on your computer. In the US business cards are 3.5" x 2" (88.9mm x 50.8mm). The ISO standard card (A8) card is 74mm x 52mm. Below are some quality online printers offing postcards and business cards.
